has extensive background in direct customer contact through running her own inbound ticket sales call centre and from various front line positions in local authority leisure complexes and touring outfits.

With an emphasis on customer care and first class customer service Julie brings a wealth of experience to BOS - invaluable for both existing and new clients.

Chris
spent 8 years as a Theatre Manager (Oakengates Theatre Telford) in addition to producing an annual large scale festival (Kids International - attendance 150,000) for the local authority. As well as managing and delivering nationwide marketing campaigns for a variety of touring productions, Chris also spent 3 years performing as a circus Ringmaster.
